Marta Nováková is the President of the Czech Confederation of Commerce and Tourism. Already before the election in 2014, she was actively involved in activities of the Confederation as a member of the Board of Directors. Marta graduated from studies of engineering at Technical University and at first worked in department stores PRIOR. Since 1991 she has started own business. She is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at U&SLUNO company operating in the field of information technologies and advisory services focused on retail, logistics and distribution in Central and Eastern Europe.

Petra is managing the Czech teams of Kantar Millward Brown and Kantar TNS. As a CEO for Central and Eastern Europe she is responsible for the development of Kantar Insight branches in 8 countries and for developing new opportunities in this region. Petra has founded the research agency Millward Brown in the Czech Republic in 1999. She has been working in market research since 1986, giving also lectures in sociology at Charles University in Prague, and teaching market research at University of Economics in Prague. She is a member of the marketing juries (such as EFFIE) and local industry associations. She was recently awarded between the TOP25 women of the Czech business.

He has over 30 years’ experience within the grocery and retail industries, with a strong background in strategic marketing and customer loyalty. Tim’s last role was as Chairman of Bonmarché Holdings plc from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that he was Deputy CEO at Tesco from January 2010 to December 2012. He held a number of other roles within the Tesco Group between 1982 and 2012 including CMO for Tesco and CEO of Fresh & Easy LLC. Roman Janovič graduated from Slovak Technical University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informaticsin Bratislava in 1995. He complemented his study by few semesters at RWTH Aachen University in Germany andworked on his thesis in Munich subsidiary of SIEMENS. He started his professional career as an IT architect with IBM Global Network Services division which was later acquired by AT&T corporation.Roman joined Cisco early in 2000 to become a Systems Engineer covering the market segment of Service Providers. In 2005 he was promoted to a Systems Engineering Manager of Slovakia. In 2015 he was exposed to an extended responsibility of managing the technical pre-sales community in the region of South Eastern Europe. Since August 2017 he took over position of a Partner Regional Sales Manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Co-founder of Pygmalios Analytics, unique project focused on revolutionary in-store analytics and proximity marketing. The project won several contents such as CFO Executive Summit Prague 2015 or the Slovak contest Podnikateľský nápad roka 2015. Project has also the place in the finals of Startup Awards 2016, contests organized by Wayra and gained other rewards in design. Michal graduated from the University of Economics. He also studied at the Slovak University of Technology, Faculty of electrical engineering and information technology. He is experienced in SEO, UX design, MML research and digital marketing. Already in the age of 23 he represented the position of marketing director in Slovak magazine .týždeň. During the next few years he worked as a project director on different IT projects, and as a director of companies specialized on development of web and mobile applications.

Miroslav Lukeš is a CEO for CR, Austria and Slovakia in Mastercard Europe. Before that, he worked at McKinsey & Company, where he led the marketing and business projects for leading companies in financial services, telecommunications and high-tech. He graduated from finance, IT management and economy at University of economics in Prague and MBA program at INSEAD in France.
Moderator with more than 20 years of experience from many TV/ radio news programs and talkshows. For example, in the Czech radio he excelled in twenty minutes of Radiojournal where he invited guests from politics, science or culture, in the Czech TV he moderated the evening program Events & Comments. In May 2014 he has established the videchannel DVtv, together with Daniela Drtinova, that supplies the content for online journal Aktuálně.cz of Economia publishing house. In his career he has gained many journalistic Awards, most recently the price of the Ferdinand Peroutka Foundation in February 2015.

Andrej Babiš graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava, with a focus on foreign trade. In 1978, he joined the foreign trade company Petrimex Bratislava. In 1985, he was sent as the company delegate to Morocco, where he represented approximately 15 enterprises of foreign trade. In 1991, he returned to Petrimex in Bratislava to become a Commercial Director. In January 1993, together with four coworkers he founded the company Agrofert in Prague. From August 2012 is the Chairman of ANO movement , and from January 2014 is the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Czech government and the Minister of Finance.
Miroslav Hošek entered international carrier path at CPC Foods, global US corporation, later on taken over by Unilever. Among other, he launched brands HELLMANN’S and KNORR. After short intermezzo at Michelské pekárny, local bakery coping with challenges of ownership change through Canadian investor, left for the retail side of the market and worked for NORMA in Germany and Czechia. Miroslav returned to the supply side in the role of CEO of PRIBINA. Back in 2006, French owner of this company offered himtop management job with his US based AFP advanced food products LLC. He moved over to the USA and in the role of President and CEOleads the company with three industrial plants, producing and selling about 150 thousand tons of food products in both US and global markets. Dana Zadražilová is Professor of international trade at the University of Economics in Prague, where she is a Head of the Chair of Retail Business and Commercial Communications. She graduated from the Faculty of commerce of this university, and later worked there in a number of academic positions, most recently as a Dean of the Faculty of international relations. She is also a member of the Board of the Czech Confederation of Commerce and Tourism. She specializes in issues of sustainable entrepreneurship, corporate governance and leadership.

Tomáš Drtina has been awarded a doctor degree in Economic and Regional Geography at Faculty of Science at Charles University in Prague. He started his career at Research Institute for Trade. In 1991, he had co-founded the research and consultancy company INCOMA, which entered the international research group of GfK in 2000. For many years, Tomáš was acting as Managing Partner of INCOMA GfK. After merger of this company with GfK Czech in 2015, he was appointed a Managing Director of GfK in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Tomáš is a vice-president of the Executive board of Association for Real Estate Development, a member of the European Research Group of the International Council of Shopping Centres as well as other professional bodies.

Zdeněk Skála started his career 1994 inthe research and consultancy company INCOMA, which became a part of the international research group of GfK in 2000. Starting at analyst position focused still more shopper and retail topics. Currently being an elected proxy of GfK Czech, responsible for the Czech retail & shopper team and works in the Global Product Group Shopper of GfK. In his professional interest the dominating ones are retail trends, shopper marketing, and shopper segmentation.

Stanislav Zrcek has been with Wincor Nixdorf since its founding in 1999. Until then he was working in different Siemens companies. In each position he actively participated by the implementation of information systems and processes in the retail and banking environment.
Currently he holds the position of General Manager for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. In this position he is responsible for business development in the segment of retail chains and logistics organizations. At the same time he is responsible for the integrationof Omni-channel merchandise management solution suite to the corporate global portfolio of Wincor Nixdorf International.

Jitka Dvořáková, Business Director of the Mall Group and Managing Director at CZC.cz In 2010-2013 she already held the position of Business Directorin Netretail Holding Group that operated the Mall.cz. Before the workate-commerce industry, she spent almost 20 years in international corporations – as a Director General for the region of Central and Eastern Europe at Philips Consumer Electronics, and before at Panasonic. She studied international trade at the University of Economics in Prague, and special programs at the Université de Dijon and in Melbourne. She is also lecturing, specifically at University of Economics in Prague and the Rochester Institute of Technology.

She supports innovative digital solutions that help streamline the quality control system and are beneficial for customers.
Sergey currently holds the position of a Cluster Lead - Channels, Europe at Tetra Pak, He has gained an extensive experience not only from various sales, retail and export roles within Tetra Pak but also in retail organizations. Among others, he was Project Manager with British ASDA and Category Manager with Russian Cherkizovo Group. Sergey has graduated from Lomonosov University in Moscow.
