Marta Nováková graduated from the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava and has a management certificate from Sheffield Hallam, UK. Since 1991 she has been doing business in the field of information technology and consultancy focused on retail, logistics and distribution. She was the winner of the Businesswoman Year Awards 2016, and became the Manager of the Year 2016 in the category big business companies. In 2014, she was elected President of the Czech Confederation of Trade and Tourism, and later on also Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce. In June 2018 she was appointed Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
Tomáš Prouza graduated in economics, diplomacy and journalism. In the years 2004 - 2006, he was the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Czech Republic. Then he worked at the World Bank, first as an expert for financial services in Prague, later as a senior expert in Washington. In 2014-2017 he served as the State Secretary for European Affairs at the Czech Government Office and he also worked as a Coordinator of digital agenda in the Czech Republic. In the year 2018 he was elected President of the Czech Confederation of Commerce and Tourism.
Régis Degelcke has been elected President of EuroCommerce in June 2018 for a period of three years. Until recently, he was the Chairman of Auchan Retail and Auchan Holding. Before this, his retail career spanned 35 years with Leroy Merlin, the leading international DIY retailer, where he worked as store manager, CFO, country manager in France and Italy, and executive vice-president in charge of international expansion and strategy development. For the last 10 years, he has chaired the European DIY Retail Association (EDRA). Régis has a business degree and an MSc in international finance from ESC Lille School of Management (now SKEMA Business School), which he obtained in 1982. He is married, with three children.
Since joining Nielsen ten years ago, Karel Týra has held a number of commercial roles in the company. His previous positions at Nielsen include Client Business Partner and Client Service Director. From 2012 to 2015 he served as Commercial Director of Nielsen Slovakia. In 2016 he was appointed to the role of Managing Director of Nielsen Czech Republic and Slovakia.

He led teams at METRO Group, Rossmann or C&A, at present he is member of leadership team of Conrad Electronic. Ralf Kleber started his Amazon career in 1999 and became Director of Finance and Administration soon after. From February 2002 until April 2015, he was Managing Director of Amazon.de GmbH, and since then he is Country Manager for Amazon in Germany and Vice-President International Retail. In this role, he aims to fulfill Amazon’s worldwide mission in Germany: to ensure that customers can find anything they want to buy online at Amazon.de. During his tenure, Amazon Germany scaled from 400 to now about 18,000 employees, and Amazon.de has become the most important Amazon website outside of the US. Prior to joing Amazon Ralf Kleber worked in management of the e-shop Escada AG and also for RENO Versandhandel GmbH in the Kaufhof Group. Ralf Kleber holds a degree in business administration (BA Mannheim). He is married and has two children.
Tomáš Mráz is the Sales Director of Pilsner Urquell and a member of its executive board. He has been working on various managerial positions in the sales department of this largest Czech Brewery for almost ten years and contributed significantly to the strengthening of beer sales in HORECA segment. In the past, he also gained experience as a member of the CzechInvest Agency management.
Matt has worked for Tesco for 23 years, following University and a brief spell at a London marketing agency. He spent the first half of this time in UK marketing/commercial roles, and has worked in, or with, the Central European businesses since 2005, as the Commercial Director for Czech and Slovakia 2007-2010, as the, leading Food sourcing, buying and supply chain for the Group for the next 5 years, and since 2017 as the Chief Executive for Central Europe, following a brief couple of years leading the turnaround of the UK food business. Matt is a member of the Executive Committee for Tesco.
As a 17 years old boy, he jumped into a starting train of family business under the brand of SIKO. He experienced beginnings of all activities. He ordered the goods, operated the freight wagon in a warehouse, organized meetings with business partners, listened to wishes and needs of customers, looking for a solution how to fill them. And still he managed to study and graduate from the University of Economics. In 2009 he began to take over the management functions. The intergenerational transfer in SIKO that happened 3 years ago raised him to the captain's bridge and since Tomáš Vala is the Managing Director of family business with a 3 billion turnover and almost nine hundred employees.

Hana has become Managing Director at SAP CR in August 2018. In the SAP CR she is now responsible for the whole team as well as for the business results of the Czech branch. Before, she was Director of the Czech and Slovak sales support (pre-sales). She joined SAP in the year 2014, prior to that Hana worked in companies Ness Czech, Ness Europe, APP, or Scala, at marketing and sales management positions. She studied economics and management at the Czech Technical University and has gained certification of CIMA-CIMA-and (B) at the Czech Institute for marketing.
Lukas has gained his professional skills in companies TNT and UPC Czech Republic. He has also worked in Alza.cz as a B2B Manager. Now, being a Co-founder and Managing Director of Rondo.cz, he delivers the joy of shopping to customers of Rondo partners.
Sudan Jackson has been working in REWE Digital's technology division since 2016, where he is responsible for cultural and organisational development. The focus is on actively designing collaborative environments to enable modern, innovative, creative, and customer-focused solutions. And although "Manager" is part of his current title, it only says a little about what he actually does. Sudan is a person who is inspired every day to improve people's (working) lives. He is a certified coach and trainer, and a welcome speaker at conferences.

Juan José Freijo is currently the Global Head of Sustainability for Brambles. He has worldwide responsibilities for the definition and implementation of the sustainability strategy of the company, based on their circular business model, and the continuous reutilization of assets. He also leads a global team focused on programs for reducing environmental impacts and the development of sustainable solutions for the Brambles customers.
Juan José joined the company in 2005 in the planning department and since 2010 has been involved in the sustainability agenda of the organization.
